How to Support Your Child’s Growth as a Writer in Middle School, High School, and Beyond (in 2 Key Steps) In-Person

Please join Nicole Kagan, founder of English Connected, as she shares two key steps to expressing oneself fully as a writer in secondary school.

During Nicole’s talk attendees will learn:
•    How students can align with their own ideas to express their authentic voices in a clear and powerful way
•    The ingredients needed to increase student motivation around writing
•    Why being a good writer leads to success in all areas of one’s life

As a multilingual first generation American and the founder of English Connected, Nicole Kagan helps children and adults confidently and creatively express their ideas via lessons in the English language arts and English as a second language. She has developed a 4-step coaching process that engages students in learning, allows them to come into alignment with their own ideas, and guides them to express their authentic voices in a clear and powerful way, which leads students to grow and excel in their personal, academic, and professional lives. She is passionate about language and culture and her goal is to help as many people as possible be authentic and empowered communicators.
