Centered around late '50s/early '60s Rock 'N Roll... "This program focuses on 10 Brylcreem Boys who carved out singing careers for themselves for their then teenage audiences. In those days, record producers were looking for good looks, sex appeal and singing talent. In other words, the complete package. Some of these singers had more talent than others and went on to write songs, act in movies and produce records but all were hot commodities of their day.
Phil briefly discusses their careers while singing some of the biggest hits of Paul Anka, Bobby Darin, Neil Sedaka, Dion DiMucci, Bobby Vee, Bobby Rydell, Freddy Cannon, Jimmy Clanton, Gene Pitney and Frankie Avalon."
