Can-U-Canoe? at Thompson Park's Marlu Lake (WAIVER FORM REQUIRED) In-Person
Participants and guardians will need to arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver form. No participation is allowed without a signed form. Only the child is to be registered. This program is best suited for ages 8-12 years old.
In honor of the summer reading's adventure theme, push-away from the shoreline and draw your attention to the local wildlife as we explore a lake by canoe. Our instructors will teach you basic water safety and various paddling strokes. We'll provide the canoes, paddles and personal flotation devicds. Bring water and be prepared to get wet.
