Read with a Ranger In-Person
Join Ranger Quinn Gilly of the National Park Service at Sandy Hook in exploring the story walk trail which combines the beauty of nature and the joy of reading. We will read a nature-themed story and discover the wonders of nature right in our own backyard.
Space is limited so registration is required. This program is best suited for children in grades kindergarten through third grade.
It is important that you dress accordingly with long pants and close toed shoes to avoid ticks. Please bring a bottle of water and some bug spray as well.
The program will take place even in the event of rain. However, if there is thunder, lightning or heavy winds, the program will take place in the community room.
