Photography & Storytelling: Exploring Community & Personal Histories In-Person
Words aren't the only way to record your personal history. Join us to explore visual storytelling through photography. We'll discuss how to observe and record, what makes an informative portrait, how to recognize someone's personality through a photo portrait, collective memory, and more. Please bring 1-3 actual photos (old or recent) or photos on your phone that relate somehow to your own personal or family history. Registration is encouraged.
